Amrita Acharia got her big break in the HBO medieval fantasy Game of Thrones, available on DVD and Blu-ray March 6.

Amrita stars as Irri, the handmaiden to Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke). Irri comes to Daenerys’ aid and teaches her to speak Dothraki, the language of her new warlord husband Khal Drogo (Jason Momoa).

Before Amrita landed a role in the Emmy nominated series, the actress appeared in the BBC television dramas Casualty and Doctors, and in the Belgian film The Devil’s Double.

Amrita returns as Irri in season 2 of Game of Thrones, premiering April 1 on HBO. Until then, Amrita has her playlist for you..
