Dee Wallace’s playlist

Dee Wallace guest starred on Supernatural opposite Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki in season 11’s 11th episode.

Hollywood veteran Dee Wallace is on board the horror movie event of the decade.

We saw action heroes Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Chuck Norris, Jason Statham and Jet Li join forces for The Expendables series.

Now horror is getting the same treatment.

Dee bands together with scary movie legends Robert Englund of the A Nightmare on Elm Street franchise, Kane Hodder of the Friday the 13th and Hatchet sagas, Tony Todd of Candyman and Final Destination, Doug Bradley of the Hell Raiser series and other genre familiars including Adrienne Barbeau, Barbara Crampton, Bill Moseley,  Danny Trejo, Ken Foree, Michael Berryman and Sid Haig for the upcoming bloodbath Death House.

Dee earned a spot among these horror icons after starring in over 100 films including Steven Spielberg’s E.T: The Extraterrestrial and staples like The Hills Have Eyes, Cujo, The Howling, Critters, The Stepford Wives, The Frighteners, The House of the Devil and Rob Zombie’s Halloween and Lords of Salem.

Death House is in post-production and director and horror enthusiast Harrison Smith is in the editing room.

The upcoming scary movie isn’t Harrison’s first contribution to the genre. The director, producer and writer has already offered entries like Camp Dread starring scream queen Danielle Harris, and the thriller The Fields headlined by Academy Award, Emmy and Golden Globe-winner Cloris Leachman.

Death House is Dee’s second collaboration with Harrison. In 2015, she starred alongside The O.C. alum Mischa Barton, Billy Zane and Felissa Rose of Sleepaway Camp in Harrison’s Zombie Killers: Elephant’s Graveyard.

A release date for Death House is yet to be announced, so you’ll have to sit tight for more developments. For now, Dee put together this playlist of her favorite tunes for you.

She admits, “They may be corny, but here they are.”

Moon River – Andy Williams

When a Man Loves a Woman – Percy Sledge

What a Wonderful World – Louis Armstrong

I Love Myself the Way I Am – Jai Josefs

New Attitude – Patti LaBelle
