Death Cab For Cutie’s playlist
Death Cab for Cutie has an exciting tour planned for North America this spring. The indie rockers will perform in intimate venues and historic theatres across the continent. And that’s not all.
Especially for this unique tour, Death Cab is teaming up with members of San Francisco’s Magik*Magik Orchestra. That’s the same orchestral collective that performed the string arrangements on Death Cab’s latest release Codes and Keys and accompanied the band on VH1 Storytellers.
The tour kicks off in Denver on April 10 and is set to cross Canadian boarders for two stops. The first halt is at Toronto’s Massey Hall on April 19 and then it’s on to Montreal’s Eglise St-Jean Baptiste the following evening.
Before gearing up for this tour, guitarist Chris Walla let me scroll through his iPod. Take a look.
