Tenika Davis’ playlist

Tenika Davis has been unstoppable since she jump started her professional career as a finalist on season one of Canada’s Next Top Model.

The dead of winter couldn’t even slow Tenika down on her latest film project, Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings. Along with her fellow cast and crew members, the actress endured temperatures of -40C on location in Winnipeg.

“It was an extremely challenging shoot,” Tenika recalls. 

It was a rewarding experience too, as a little self-discovery went down during filming.

“It’s was really awesome to explore the most primal part of our psyche sans realistic consequences and truly consider what we’d do in a life or death situation,” she says.

Tenika also credits Wrong Turn 4 for ultimately unleashing her scream.

“I had no idea what my gut wrenching scream sounded like before Wrong Turn 4. I mean when do you really have to belt one out in reality? The hope is you never do,” the actress says. 

Now where does a girl rehearse without triggering a couple 911 calls?

“I practiced screaming at an amusement park while riding roller coasters. You can scream as much as you want and no one bats an eye. Insider tip,” Tenika laughs.
