Derek Hough returns to World of Dance

NBC’s hit dance competition World of Dance is set to return for its forth season on May 26.

The TV series, which gives dancers the opportunity to showcase their talent and the chance to win the grand prize of $1 million, is led by celebrity judges Jennifer Lopez, NE-YO, and Emmy-Award winner and Dancing with the Stars alum Derek Hough.

Derek, who has sat at the judge’s table since World of Dance premiered in 2017, can’t wait to resume his role as a panelist and mentor, a position he describes as a rewarding one.

“When you serve in some way, when you give, it gives you a fuel that is far more sustainable than doing something for yourself,” Derek says.

“I feel very fortunate, I feel successful, but I feel fulfilled and want to continue feeling that way in the future.”

World of Dance season four premiers Tuesday, May 26 at 10 p.m. ET on NBC.
